We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Please contact us through mail at info@mienagate.com with a cc to mienagate@gmail.com and what’s app message on +91 93759 63939 mentioning order number/date and invoice number/date within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition with all original tags/labels, original invoice, original product certificate and shipped back to us within 10 days for Indian buyers and 25 days for international buyers. Once we receive the products back and verify its condition, we will initiate refund procedure within 3-4 working days.
The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customized items, customized boxes, sale products, assembly charges are not eligible for return and non-refundable.

(Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Such charges billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For Razorpay and ccAvenue these are 2.36% for all payment using Indian debit/credit cards/Net banking (Except for American Express, which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards. For Paypal these are 5.19%)
